Valo was the Beach to Beacon beneficiary in 2023, and we’re back running with our teens and supporters.
Valo addresses the youth mental health crisis by transforming loneliness, depression, and anxiety into a sense of belonging and wellbeing. Our approach empowers young people to build social connections and develop skills to thrive. Valo youth:
